Mr. Chan is the founder of the Group. He has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the Group since 1987. He is also a director of various members of the Group. Mr. Chan has closed to 40 years of experience in property investment and development in Hong Kong, the Mainland China and overseas and in financial investment. He is the father of Mr. Chan Yan Tin, Andrew, an Executive Director of the Company, Ms. Chan Yan Wai, Emily, the Vice Chairman and an Executive Director of the Company and Ms. Chan Yan Mei, Mary-ellen, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
